Students

Christ Fellowship Northwest exists to multiply disciples, leaders, and churches from the Upstate of South Carolina to the ends of the earth so that Jesus is known and worshiped. This work begins with the teaching and training of the children God has entrusted to the church.

Though we believe students find everything needed for discipleship in the ordinary practices of the church - corporate worship, relational community, and regular service - we also thank God for the opportunity to aid parents in their task to raise the next generation by offering supplemental teaching and relational contexts for those 6th -12th grade.

  • Cell Groups

Cell Groups are the heartbeat of our student ministry. These small, grade-based groups meet weekly during the school year to study Scripture, pray, and build Christ-centered relationships. Led by trusted adult leaders, Core Groups give students a space to grow in their faith, ask honest questions, and walk through life together in community.

  • Abide

Abide is our weekly Wednesday night gathering for students from 6:00–8:00 PM at CF Cherrrydale. We share a meal, dive into foundational Christian teaching, and enjoy fun group games together. Our goal is to help students understand and apply essential truths of the Christian faith while building lasting friendships and a biblical worldview. Abide is hosted in partnership with Christ Fellowship Cherrydale.

  • Camps & Retreats

Throughout the year, students can participate in Spring and Fall Retreats and a Summer Camp in partnership with Christ Fellowship Cherrydale. These overnight events are key moments for spiritual growth, community building, and unplugging from everyday distractions. We also host smaller events like bonfires, cookouts, and game nights throughout the year.
